These comments that include adult links are often made by automated scripts/bots that are made with SEO purposes...
So you shouldn`t be surprised...
all you can do is make your comments moderated and include only the comments you approve...
That's a big problem with me I made a blog in word press and now spammers are heading towards me so I always have to censor myself.
You can try using Askimet or another spam plugin to prevent mass spamming. Works for me. Adult site links can really hurt your SEO.

not only they will attract other spam scripts/bots but it will ruin your blog's rank

Majority of different spam bot software works by building a database of usernames and video links. you'll be able to even build multiple databases for various actions, thus, it's currently manipulated by adult websites to spread adult links.
